      Aerospace Engineering Interview

      Oct 31, 2014
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Piper Aircraft in May 2013

      Interview

Applied online, had a phone interview that lasted roughly 30 minutes. They briefly went over my resume and asked some basic STAR interview type stuff. They asked some more difficult situational stuff related specifically to aerospace, questions to see how you worked through a difficult scenario off the top of your head. They wanted you to say out loud every thought you had and not to worry if you were right

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How many golf balls fit in a bus? Imagine you are in a canoe in a pool and you are holding a bowling ball. Is the water level higher with the bowling ball in the canoe, or if you throw it in the water?
