Recruiter reached out to me for the role. I went through the interview process pre-covid, then the company went on a hiring freeze for 8 months. Recruiter and hiring manager then reached out to me with a verbal offer. They proceeded to string me along for another 4 months, all to tell me they are re-writing the role and no longer interested in me. Horrible candidate experience, team and recruiters are completely unorganized. Even if they had extended an offer, I was going to turn it down for complete disrespect they showed me.
