Interview
Initial call with recruiter after applying online through my university's career site - introduction, about the role, what do you know about PitchBook and PE/VC. A few days later they reached out to schedule a second round with two members of the sales team that included a sales pitch I would have to do (not given to me on the spot I had until the second round to prepare). Second round was just the pitch and more behavioral stuff. Then final round with a head of sales, just conversational and behavioral again. They just wanted to see if you fit in and are capable of doing the job well! Between the final round and my offer coming in, I had to take a personality test. They were great about extending my deadline with other offers I had on the table, and the process was done within 3 weeks.

It’s been super easy, moved quickly and so far so
Good! Questions aren’t too tough, they just want to get a sense of your
Personality and ability to make a pitch. Work on the pitch a lot- that almost messed me up! Ask a lot of questions when you are pitching- that is what they want to see!
