I had an initial phone conversation with a recruiter that rushed through our call and didn't care to learn more about my background. The call was short and rushed. I advanced to the next steps and spoke to the hiring manager who's on the east coast. The conversation went well and he stated that he wanted to schedule an in person interview and the recruiter would reach out to me soon. 1 month and 2 follow up emails later, I still haven't heard back.
