I had a 14 minute phone interview with the recruiter Rich who spoke mainly about the company and the role - didn't ask me much at all. Then he invited me onsite to meet with the hiring manager and 2 other people in the team. They were all really nice an I had great conversations with them all and everyone was really positive. I was then asked to go back in and meet with the EVP of business development and Marketing. After that I followed up with both the hiring manager and recruiter, recruiter twice and neither of them responded to my emails. I just think that's so rude. I invested a lot of time researching the company and speaking to them I think the least they can do is respond to let me know where I stand. I'm not a baby, if there's a candidate ore suited that's fine. Just have the courtesy to let me know.
