I was contacted by HR for a phone screening. After that I moved on to 2 more phone calls with the hiring manager. The process seemed to be moving quickly, as they had me come in for an in-person. After that, I followed up with the hiring manager several times (over the course of several weeks) without ever receiving a response. After that much time was invested, I would expect a simple email to tell me "no".
