I applied to the position back in June 2013, but had no received any word back. In early October, someone found my resume in the database and decided to reach out to me. I had a phone chat with the Recruiting Manager the next morning. Based on the call, he set up another call with the COO of the company the following day. I was asked a lot of questions about my experience and interests. At the end of the call, the COO asked me to provide some references to the Recruiting Manager. We set up an interview for a few days later where I met with the Recruiting Manager, the CFO, a Business Analyst, and a phone conversation with the CRO. I spent about 30 minutes with each person. Everyone was very nice and personable. By that Friday I received an offer and started the following Monday.
