Applied through LinkedIn. Contacted by HR for a phone interview with hiring manager. Then on-site half day interviews consisting a few 1-on-1 with hiring manager, SVP in technology, VP of Infrastructure and CTO. It was mostly a pleasant interview experience, with typical questions in project management approaches, software to manage projects etc. The week after the on-site interview I was told the position is on-hold due to company re-org. I followed up after 1 month and after 2 months and I got no response. Just recently I checked my application status on Jobvite and found I am not selected. Found out they hired someone else instead. I would very much appreciate a quick update if they decide to move on to other candidates, and not being radio silent for 2+ months for me to find out the position is filled.
