Interview

The interview process was long. However the people I met with were very easy to talk to. I had one phone interview and three in-person interviews. It may have been a lengthy process but it gave me the feeling they were not looking to just fill a position. This was a good sign for me as they took their time to make sure they had the right people in place for a fast growing company.

Interview

It was pretty easy, after submitting a resume I got an email for HR. We scheduled an interview and spoke on the phone. We reviewed my resume and fit for the position.

Interview

Destiny called me and kept me in the loop during the entire process. She wholeheartedly knew the role inside and out, and did what she said she'd do - which is rare in this day and age with recruiters. I understand she's the manager of that department but she didn't explain that to me, and assured me she'd keep me in the loop throughout the process. Sure enough, she delivered!

Applied online, and a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. She said her coordinator will reach out to schedule a phone screening, but the coordinator never reached out. I sent a follow up letter about a week later, but no response. Such a shame experience.
