The interview Process is very immature. In the very first phone call, I got it from a QA Lead ( not HR) who asked me technical questions all of sudden, just after mentioning my experience and telling my story. Seriously? Is this company still in a garage? I do expect to be test and a second or third phase of the process. Does this company even have a HR?! Just after hanging the phone, I sent an e-mail with a feedback with the above perspective, adding also the fact that the company has a list of benefits which are not actually "things that should be taken for granted" and are not actually benefits. Things like "awesome colleagues and a social working environment" - "International and open working atmosphere". Besides, I refused going on with the process. Right after that e-mail feedback, the "automatic" negative to the process continuation was triggered by the person who previously called me. That's how PlanDay deals with feedback , they make sure to kick you out right away. Some minutes lates the person sent an e-mail that it was a "coincidence" and that it was not intentional... That company has a serious issue with taking feedback.
