Its a pretty laid back process, they alternated asking questions nothing to crazy, They give you a script to read from out loud, Just make sure you can read out loud while in front off people.

phone call: very unprofessional. No follow up at all whether hired or not interested. when i said i wasn't a member it was like she didn't care about my experience. When i stated I was older she said I'll talk to my manager and get back with you one way or the other. Still waiting on that reply.
