Have a simple application you fill out, go into location, they will give you their "credo" to take home and memorize if pass the application stage, must return within 24 hours to recite the credo.

If you have an interaction with a guest who is upset, how would you handle the situation?
It's pretty good. Much about my working experiences, my skills, and my personalities. It's a good conversation with them. And the office environment is also great. Hope I will get the offer.
