The interview process was very well organized from before the full set of interviews (with great prep materials) through each interview. Overall, I ended up interviewing with 7 people, with 6 of those being in-person. I came well prepared, so only a few of the "standard" interview questions that usually get asked ever came up, which was nice, because each interviewer was flexible and opted to focus on the materials I had prepared. There were last minute changes on the day of my interview, but all were handled professionally.

I had two rounds phone interview with the HR and the hiring manager and then the onsite interview to meet with the team for 30 min each ,face to face interview. I had a great time talking to the team. The interaction was so great which I was super confident and excited that I was a great fit and I will get the offer. However, after the interview, the recruiter can't give me decisions for around 6 weeks. I was given false hope that I was the top candidate and since there was business review and people are traveling, there was no decision made yet. After almost 6 weeks, I was not at all surprised to receive a very standard call, telling me that " we are so sorry but unfortunately you are hired." I understand the recruiter and hiring manager are probably trying to wait until the hiring contract is signed, but I think it is very not professional to keep me hanging there waiting for the decision.
