Met with a few people, but kept hearing different things about the role. It seemed like they hadn't defined it yet so was confusing about how many people the role would be supporting when I asked, no one really had an answer. Went through 3 different rounds, never heard back from them again. They seemed a little disorganized and then a few days later I saw the recruiter took a job at a different company. I just think when you interview at a place, the professional thing to do would be to tell a candidate that they aren't moving forward instead of ghosting them.
