I went to Pleasanton, CA, office for an interview of 20 min. I waste my time and the interviewer seems that do not have too much experience interviewing people, never look in the eyes don't have a clear path in the process to interview someone. The communication did not flow. The interviewer had never offered me a cup of coffee or water, the office was a mess and no one mention the reason, also the interviewer did not introduce for the co-workes that we met during our conversation. I left the interview with the sensation that they are looking for someone that could be lead by this manager and not someone that could be a plus for the company.
