Initial phone interview was informal; questions relatively easy to answer. The on-site interview came a week after and went more into the responsibilities that the job had. Since it's Planned Parenthood they asked about my feelings on abortion. They told me that the decision process would take two weeks, but ultimately they decided to not give me an offer. The annoying part about this is that they make you feel like you nailed the interview, so do not go into the interview expecting to get the job right then and there.
