Phone interview with human resources. Asked some very basic questions. I did not make it to the next round but was told that there would be two more interviews. I thought it went well even though I didn't make it to the next round.

Interview
It was a three step process, beginning with a recorded video including 4 questions. Following that was a Zoom panel interview with 4 members of the development team asking 2 questions each. Finally the last interview was with the Senior Major Gifts Officer and CFO in person.
I had a phone interview with the Development Director followed by an in-person interview with the fundraising team. The questions for the in-person interview were shared with me about ten minutes in advance.
