I came in and talked to a couple different people at once. It was the HR manager and the IT director. They at first explained the position and gave me and overview of what I would do in this position. They asked me about my background and what I had done since college. Some specific questions I remember: What do you normally try to do to troubleshoot a problem? What would you to gain the knowledge in order to fill your job requirements?
