FIrst had a phone interview with HR, which involved standards questions about my experience, my future aspirations, etc. Then went in for an office visit, which consisted of 3 interviews with various levels of staff. This was more challenging not because of any one interview, but because of the changing tones of interviews from each staff member. I ended up not receiving an offer because I was less experienced than they were looking for.
