Interview
Applied through campus recruiting system. Pre-interview networking event the night before the interview. Interviewed with two people, one from tax and one audit. They were newer to the company and very friendly. I was comfortable and the interview was more like a conversation. Heard back about a week later to schedule an office visit for the following week. The office visit was very professional. Heard a presentation from HR and a Partner and then interviewed with 2 Partners and a Senior Manager. They were all very friendly and really just want to get to know you, although there were some behavioral questions. Afterwards, candidates were invited downtown for fun activities. It was a great opportunity to mingle with other candidates and employees from other offices. I received an offer the same day.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict in a group setting and how you handled it. Tell me about how you stay organized? Behavioral questions and was asked to explain or talk about things I learned and takeaways from previous jobs and internships.

Standard Interview, asked pretty straight forward questions. Was more focused on personality and social fit rather than skills. Interviewer was very interested in my involvements in communities and clubs outside of school.
