The 1st round is just with one person who reviews your resume and assesses whether you'd be a good fit for Plante Moran or not. 2nd round office visit- It is usually 2 junior team members. They simply review your resume and assess whether you fit in the culture. There's usually a senior member and a partner you meet with as well. They will dive more into your education and ask more behavioral questions.
