On campus interview with a plethora of on campus events. Everything is looked at during the interviewing life cycle, so be calm and clean. Second round interview consists of multiple interviews with tenured staff. 3 interviews at the office along with lunch paired with a buddy. Again, all of this will be judged and scored. Verdict for an offer will be given out within a week. Remember to send follow up emails and relax be calm. You got this, if not try again. That's what I did. Failure is learning.
