Granted this was 5 years ago and the team has now completely changed due to company changes, it was a very fun and friendly process. I was interviewed by multiple managers (separately, not a group interview) and the atmosphere and setting was very casual and conversational. I think they really just wanted to get to me as a person beyond my resume, and see if my personality was a cultural fit - and it was!
