I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PlayStation (Aliso Viejo, CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
After my application, I received a final interview invitation consisting of a 1 hour presentation showcasing my design projects and a 30 minute one on one interview with a senior designer. PlayStation was always prompt with their communication and sent extensive packets on their requirements and what they were looking for.
It was such a terrible process—it was clear they don't have a UX department and don't know what they need/want. I mean, who does a portfolio walk through over the phone?!
