Interview
Long, arduous with terrible communication. I got the sense it was more of a fishing expedition rather than an actual hire they needed. The most frustrating part after 3 interviews and 2 presentations Playstation completely ghosted me, which seems like a very common theme with them. Such a shame but it seems the general consensus is quite a negative one for such a great brand.
I interviewed over a month ago. Hiring manager said I would hear in 2 weeks. I still haven’t heard after emailing to check in. It’s ridiculously easy to send an email that says a candidate is rejected or that the process is taking longer than usual, so that lack of courtesy spoke volumes to me.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PlayStation (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2021
