I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PlayStation (Aliso Viejo, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
The process was straightforward. Initially screening by the recruiter followed by 1st tech screening with HM. After that I was ghosted for a 2-3 weeks and finally got to the last two rounds of tech interview which consists of 3 member of the teams each round. The questions were fair but if you've been working in SRE role or Linux Admin in the past you should be able to answer.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at PlayStation in Mar 2019
Interview
Got reached out by a Staffiing company that was one of the vendors for PlayStation. The first interview was with the manager of the SRE team which went well. The second interview was with a SRE on the team. The second interviewer asked lots of nitpickety technical questions. The second interviewer was not well-versed in interviewing.
