I joined as a fresh graduate, began with a brief self-introduction, then answered detailed questions about my final-year project. The interview was structured, friendly, and focused on technical knowledge, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The initial interaction with the hiring manager was positive; they were friendly and thoroughly explained the job's key responsibilities. However, my impression is that the role would be better suited for an experienced candidate rather than a recent graduate, based on the expectations conveyed during the interview.
