They shortlisted and conducted HR introduction round of interview and after that the HR mentioned clearly that they are going to setup initial round conversation with the Hiring Manager. After 3 weeks, I have received mail saying that they going with other candidate. This clearly shows some (may be Racial) Discrimination. I felt very bad that I applied for such a company.
