Connected on Linkedin, and had an initial phone interview, followed by a 1-1 interview with the Creative Director, then proceeded to meet the whole team before any offer was made. The team was very easy to talk to and answer all of my questions. Overall it was a very transparent process.

Very smooth process. My recruiter was friendly and communicated often with me. The timing was flexible and I got to pick the final time based on my schedule. The team made every effort to keep the interview to a decent length, and was very honest about my standing throughout the process.
