Interview
The interview process took a little over a month in total. The recruiter was very helpful and communicated the next steps and expectations the entire time. The process started with a cognitive ability test (CCAT) and personality assessment before any interviews began. I had three interviews.
the recruiter, the team, and then the hiring manager.
The entire process was really straightforward. I wish I landed the job, the company just seems like a delight to work for.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process started with a Cognitive Assessment, unfortunately you never get your results as they are only shared with the hiring manager. My recruiter provided so much information and was open to answering any questions I had, great experience with her.
After the initial interview with my recruiter, I had an interview with the Director of the area and was able to move on to the next round which was a panel with the team. Each interview made me more excited about the idea of joining Pluralsight.
Unfortunately, I was not offered a position. Before receiving the decision, my recruiter said she hoped to "get back to with feedback soon". After receiving the decision I did send a follow up email thanking them for everything they did for me and asked for feedback on the interviews so I could know what I could improve for next time. However it has now been over a month and I never heard back from them.
