Interview
The interview process initially was very good and moved along at a respectable pace. Completed the assessments prior to meeting with the initial recruiter. Had a phone conversation with the recruiter, followed by a zoom with the hiring manager a few days later. Once that was completed, I was asked to meet with two members of the team back to back about a week later. Upon completion of those, I continuously received correspondence after requesting it that they were still interviewing and that it would be by the end of the week, then the beginning of the next week and so on. This continued for over a month at which point I saw the offered candidate's post on Glassdoor prior to being notified by the recruiter. The process felt very disrespectful of my time and investment into Pluralsight.
Aside from the timeline issues, the team was all very kind and welcoming to answer any questions. The recruiter was very hospitable and I connected very well with her.
