The process in total took about 3 weeks. My recruiter reached out the day after I applied. Scheduled a quick call to discuss the role. Then was sent an aptitude and personality test. The next step was a 45 minute call with the hiring manager. Then I had a 30 minute call with a couple of team members. Was sent an offer the following week. My recruiter was great about keeping me updated on next steps and answering any questions I had.

I went through three interviews and everyone was very friendly and made it feel very comfortable. I feel that everyone was very respectful and they also wanted to see if I fit in with the team. The CCAT test was a little stressful, but I feel like I got through that after studying.
