After pulling a bait and switch from the initial phone screening I was informed that the position was actually for quality and EHS, but there was no additional salary compensation for this. I was clear with my salary requirements in the initial phone screening as well as the secondary. During the in person interview I was informed of the additional scope of work and I expressed as long as my salary was met that would be okay. They proceeded to offer 40k less.
