The interview process ran extremely smoothly. I attribute that largely to the HR team.
I first had a phone interview with a member from the HR team. They asked great questions that were personalized and derived from my past work experiences. They were friendly and helped me get a sense of the amazing culture at Podium.
The second interview was with the manager of customer service. He connected me with several members of their team. They made me feel like I was already part of the team even though I was just interviewing with them.
By far, one of the best interviewing processes I have ever experienced. I only have the best things to say about the company, culture and team.
