I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Podium (Lehi, UT) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process included 4 separate interviews. The first was a phone interview with a recruiter. That was followed by a phone interview with a manager. That was followed by an on-site interview with a different manager and their VP of Account Development. I was told that I would receive word within a couple days of whether I would be coming back for a final interview or whether they had moved on. I was notified the same day they wanted to bring me back for a final interview. That interview was with another VP and lasted just about 15 minutes who said he was just a stop gap but that it was great. It was heavily implied that the following Monday (this interview was on a Friday afternoon) I would receive a job offer.
I followed up the following Monday afternoon when I hadn't received word because I wanted to be able to give two weeks to my current job and move on as quickly as possible. I was told to expect a call later that day, then to expect a call the next day, and then it was finally 2 days later that I received a call from the VP who I had interviewed with.
On that call, I was told that, despite my abilities being a great fit, and having all the attributes they were looking for, I would not be hired because I lacked sales experience in this particular market. I was led on and put other potential jobs on hold because I wanted to work for this company in particular. I was told that once a company in the tech sphere brought me on, I should reapply 8-12 months later because then I would be hired, which of course is something I would never do. I would never work for a company that would fail to hire someone despite having all the requisite qualifications necessary to do the job, but would say to come back later and re-apply for an entry level position after having done it somewhere else. If you aren't willing to take a chance on people, don't expect them to come back to you later on.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Podium
Interview
The process was long and very full of themselves. I did find it smooth however. Finally when I got an in person interview i feel it was a repeat of the phone interview and I barely got a chance to say anything I’ve accomplished.
The interview was a joke. They were supposed to have two people interview me, one showed up 20 minutes late to an interview that lasted 30 minutes. They asked me why I had chosen them and about my history and then told me that I was not a good fit for them. I feel that they discriminated against me because of my age!
