Very odd experience. The recruiter reached out and it felt off putting when we spoke because it seemed like she wanted to get it over with and I had to put in effort to get her to say something nice about the company while I asked her questions. Got invited to a second interview and I decided to give it another chance but the manager I spoke to acted very uninterested in speaking to me. I’ve never experienced someone acting that way when I was the one who was asked to interview with them, not the other way around. Both women noted that it was a high stress environment and neither of them had much to say about the culture. I think their HR team should consider training their employees in interview etiquette so people aren’t put off by their initial interviews in the future.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Podium
Interview
I went through 9 rounds of interviews to be told simply they were going with another candidate. The process was too long and time consuming if they were not really interested.
