Get ready to have your time wasted. Interview with recruiter was great, second interview with the manager was weird. He showed up late, and then asked for very detailed and private information about how exactly my bonus structure was at my last job. Never asked me any regular interview questions, just wanted to know how my old job paid me, down to a granular level. Third interview I was asked to put together a sales pitch with a slide show presentation, they give you almost no info on what they are looking for. Also their website doesn’t have all of the information you need to do a good job unless you sign up to have someone call you. I work a full time job, I am over qualified for the position and the feed back was “hey we follow this very rigid set of guidelines when we pitch things here, and you didn’t follow it.” Well you didn’t provide me with ANY information. To top it all off, THEY SENT A REJECTION EMAIL. that showed me the standards set at this company, there is no regard for your time, and they couldn’t even manage to be polite and call me on the phone.

Had the initial 30 min interview with Ashley in Australia, she was pretty unbothered on the call however I did my best - at the end she said she'd be in touch in a day or two. I sent a follow up email and still haven't heard a word (it's been almost 3 weeks).
Tip to leadership: if this is how Hiring team / HR functions in your business, I would reconsider the people you have there!
For a company who focuses on reviews, I find this ironic!
