Interview
The interview process is lengthy, but worth it. Podium is going to be one of the fastest growing companies in Utah and they are making sure that they dont hire people aren't willing to build a great company. The founders like to meet with everyone that they hire which I enjoyed. Gives you the ability to chat with them on what they are looking for and what they are trying to build. They are very open and transparent with their employees.

few rounds of interview To me, these are most important questions everyone needs to know.
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why do you want to work here?
3. Tell me about a time you deal with a difficult sales objection
Great overall experience and really helped me understand the sales process and the company culture. It was great to be able to also ask questions and also share thoughts that I had. They also had me pitch a little bit back and fourth on the product which was really good
