I did three rounds of interviews and I completed a project at their request. An hour after my third interview, the recruiter sent me an email stating that the VP wanted to meet me for a final interview on the following Tuesday. 15-minutes after they sent the link I got a text from the same recruiter, saying that they wanted meet me on Monday instead, for a final and fourth interview with the VP. I logged in early and immediately recognized that the Zoom ID was invalid. I reached out to the recruiter and I heard nothing. Then I emailed the recruiter, and then heard nothing. Not only was this process completely disorganized, I am incredibly annoyed that I spent a day and a half working on a project, at their request that they “loved“. It made me feel like I did free labor for them, only to be ghosted. After, I even requested some feedback from the interview. And again, heard nothing. Pretty pathetic and I don’t think I would ever recommend them as a service to anyone who has a small business or encourage anyone to apply with them. If this is how they treat their applicants, I can only imagine how they treat their customer base.
