Interview
The entire interview process was very smooth. All the necessary details were clearly communicated even before my initial interview with the hiring agent. While there were several supplemental forms to complete, the interview itself was direct and efficient. I also received timely feedback, which made the overall experience very impressive.

They asked questions about my background, work ethics, and behavior in the workplace. I was also given several situational questions that required me to discuss my previous experiences as demonstrations.
Unlike my previous job applications, Point is very quick to arrange interview schedules and send updates once you passed their initial screening and assessment. My entire application process only took more or less than a week, not to mention I really enjoyed the whole time conversing with my HR contact and hiring managers. Overall, the recruitment team is truly welcoming and that really added significant value to my candidate experience.
