The interview process was well structured and very professional. It started with an initial recruiter call, followed by conversations with the hiring manager and members of the engineering and product teams. There were technical interviews that included coding and a system design discussion. The recruiter was very supportive and helpful throughout the process, and I’m very happy with the guidance she provided. Overall, everyone was friendly, respectful, and clearly interested in understanding how I approach problems and collaborate with others. The team created a comfortable environment that made it easy to communicate ideas and think through solutions.
