Whole Process took 4 days with a response back the same day as the final round. The interviews were very collaborative and there was an interesting round where AI was used for the entire round. Total of 6 rounds spanning behavioural and technical interviews.

Overall I had a great interview experience with Point. I interviewed for a senior software engineering position. My interview process took about 2-3 weeks and consisted of the following: 1. Online Coding Assessment 2. 30-Minute Phone Screen 3. Virtual Onsite consisting of a few hours of interviews The virtual onsite consisted of general coding, system design interview, and behavioral. Their coding rounds resemble LC questions, but they didn't care about time complexity surprisingly, so I think they are just general coding questions, and not traditional leet code question. I feel like Point has put in a lot of effort to make sure their candidate experience is very well done. Everyone was really friendly during the interviews themselves and tried to help me succeed. There were multiple instances where I didn't get the "best" answer but the interviewer and I had some back and forth and they led me to the correct answer.

First is a Phone Conversion which is more just discussing the company and the role. Next was a HackerRank Test over a "Medium" level difficulty type problem. Pretty standard for just making sure you know how to write clean solutions.
