Applied online through school. Was reached out for an interview at my school then a second round at the office in Connecticut. During the second interview, I had a tour of the office and spoke with individuals from several groups. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The first interview consisted primarily of behaciorals. I was asked about my resume, why I chose to study finance, etc.
