Took about 4 weeks only to not get an offer. Recruiter screening->hiring manager->someone else from the hiring team. Standard questions about why im applying and my experience. There were questions of how I'd approach something along with other behavioral questions.
An extra FYI: I do wish they went the empathic approach, especially considering this was an Associate role. Like I am *trying* to get the experience whereas the other candidate already had the experience. How are we supposed to gain product experience if no one is willing to give us a shot? In my case I cant even gain the experience internally cuz those opportunities simply don't exist...hence why i'm applying to jobs in the first place. So this is more than a disappointment for not getting the offer.
