Had a 45 minute phone call with recruiter followed by 2 45 minute interview rounds with senior product managers. Then there was a 6 week silence. Was invited onsite to meet with 2 VPs.

Three interviews and then didn't hear back. First was with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager and final was with the VP. Initially they said they needed more time to decide but that was the last I heard.
Had initial round with HR & then didn’t hear from them for three weeks when they got the next round of interview scheduled. It was a 30 minute time slot set up with a manager on the team. She was nearly 10 min late to the interview & hardly engaged.
