2nd Interview Interviewed last year and didn't get position. Thought process was long, but thorough. It's important company hires the right team member and that is evident as you progress through the process. 1st interview had interview with recruiter, case study, interview with hiring manager and then presented a how to speech. Did not get job firs time around. Really loved company and wanted work for them reapplied in Feb 2017 much shorter interview process. More of a refresher. The recruiter Caitlin was very helpful, professional and always got back to me no matter how many times I had a question. It really made the waiting much easier.
