The entire process from recruitment to offer was a bit long, but I appreciated that they were thorough and careful to ensure I was meeting with the right people, rather than simply whoever was available on a given day. It was very transparent - I never felt like anyone was playing games or dodging questions. Overall it was extremely painless.
