Had a screening interview through the phone, then had two more interviews with Account Executives and Sales Manager. My only negative take from this experience is their lack of basic courtesy to let me know that I didn't get the job. I'd understand not getting a call back or an email after a screening interview but after 3 interviews, the least they can do is let their candidates know how they fared. It gave me the impression that they just don't care.
