I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2024
Interview
Applied to the Implementation Consultant position using LinkedIn. A talent acquisition recruiter reached out via email. I took another look at the job description before our scheduled call and saw a bullet point: "...Please note that this posting is being used to build a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities." I asked the TA to clarify if the company was currently hiring and he said they were. Had the initial phone screening call to express interest in the position and shared my background and experience and the TA went over the role and company and said I would hear back on next steps the following week. Never heard back.
