There was phone interview first followed by 1:1 interview with Morgan Stanley. Once I cleared the 1:1 interview, there was another phone interview with the Executive Director. There were basic behavioral questions about my background, experience and interest level in the job I was applying for.

I applied through campus placement. Initially there was an essay round. We were made to write 2 essays. Second round was interview. I was asked to make a presentation earlier. I presented it in front of the interviewers and was asked questions about it. Overall the interview was easy with not a single tough question. Was asked about general things like background, willingness to relocate etc.

Interview
I received a call from the Polaris HR. They liked me since I worked in a bank and said there were opportunities for Basel II implementations in Europe. They asked me salary expectations and that was the end of the first round.
The second round was directly with the partner who asked me a few questions on Basel II.

domain related was tough since panels were digging deeper into the ocean.
post joining the organization, background verification was done stringently right from previous employment to the residential addresses.
incase of a business analyst, suggest you to be stronger in the domain area you want to sell yourself and make your response more precisely.
prior onsite experience shall add more value.
